About metabolism: If you're convinced that your #metabolism is slow, think again. Or.. measure your RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate), i.e. the number of calories your body burns at rest. 
Measuring how your RMR changes with diet allows you to make the necessary adjustments and avoid the dreaded “plateau.”
This is once again a clear case when reducing calories decreased the RMR overtime.
