Favorites from last night's feast at @chefmiminashi in Napa: buckwheat soft-serve with sesame honeycomb and miso caramel; La Louisiane cocktails (plural); chicken gyoza; robatayaki/yakitori: trout belly, tsukune, and yaki onigiri off the binchotan hearth; and some of the best okonomiyaki (studded with fatty hunks of bacon and kimchi). Great design. And so good to catch up with dear friends @scotty_owens and @steven_miller_design. 💖
