- marekfitness@lesleyfitsensation that would ve depending on your needs, i prep my snacks and meals for 4 to 5 days at the time when one day would be like 4 to 5 meals and rest are snacks (i eat 8 to 9 times a day). See my other posts where i show a single day

- marekfitnessIf you go over 4 days with improper seals on your containers, or prepping foods that are not good combined yes it could go bad, but i have been doing this for over 4 years now and only threw away handful of meals. @lesleyfitsensation most of my meals are weightloss friendly it all comes down to portions, timing and an overall consumption during the day

- marekfitness@lesleyfitsensation that's why we prep. There are million ways to eat...can't answer such general question as it is all subjective. But i suggest eating every 2-3 hours
