Planche done right! It's about your shoulder girdle not "core strength".
1.Press your shoulderblades forward (protraction) & downward (depression). Your arms should be straight but not overextended. If you are too weak your shoulderblades will colapse and your upper body will drop.
2. Lean forward to hold the balance. The harder the progression gets the more you have to lean forward. 
3. Hold your body straight all the time. It's ok to have a complete straight and neutral position & also to protract so much that you build a hollow body position. Only avoid collapsing shoulderblades. #calimove
