To make: melt together over a low heat 5 tbsp coconut butter, 6 tbsp maple syrup, 1/3 cup raw cacao powder and 2 tbsp cashew nut butter until all is smooth. Pour onto 2 cups of puffed brown rice and stir. Divide into little cupcake cases and top with dried fruit of your choice, and/or seeds. Refrigerate for 2 hours before eating ✨
