The outpouring of support over the past few days makes me realize just how fortunate I am to be on this path and enjoying every minute. *Thank you to everyone who watched Wednesday night's episode. Winning would have been great, but was never necessary. I was doing something that just a few short years ago would have not been possible. I had an amazing experience, made new friends, and got to see NYC.
My ultimate goal was to not screw up royally, embarrass myself & family, and add one more entry on a growing resume. *Thank you to all of the organizations that have supported, trained me to compete with ease, and educated me in the world of food & craft beer. @worldfoodchampionships
@piefans @neeachfood @cigarcitybrewing @coppertailbrewing @3daughtersbrewing @thebrewbus @highheelbrewing *Thank you to my students, their parents, and the Polk County School Board for allowing us to video the class. They all think they're famous now! **I can't wait to see what the next adventure will be!!
