- burke_bugzyTerrible customer service! Drone comes broken right out of the box. Send it back the next day and it has been missing for weeks with no updates. DJI customer service gives the same responses every time "you will receive a shipping notification in 24-48 hours" 3 weeks later nothing . Great to know when you spend $1500 on a product this is the kind of service you get. @djiglobal on top of that I was told you just get a refurbished one. So spend $1500 send it in and get a refurbished one back that I paid $1500 for.
