How to raise your vibration when you have negative thoughts:
1. Meditate
2. Pay attention to the music you listen to. How does it make you feel?  Make sure it makes you feel good. 
3. Surround yourself with high vibration, conscious human beings or animals. When you're surrounded by higher frequency people, it will raise your frequency. 
4. Do things that inspire you and make you happy.  Read books, watch movies or listen to spiritual friends or teachers. 
5. Do an exercise that you enjoy doing. 
6. Aromatherapy or color therapy. 
7.  When you're driving or when you go out, use this mantra: "It is my dominant intention to look for things I'm wishing to see, which make me feel good."
7. Write in a gratitude journal. Be in a state of gratitude. Gratitude is unconditional love. 
8. Spend time in water.  Light holds the closest vibration to pure source energy. Water is second to that. 
9. Practice random acts of kindness. 
10. Inquiry. Know yourself and become deeply introspective. 
11. Seek out things that make you laugh and smile. 
12. Dedicate yourself to happiness and prioritize your own personal happiness above all else if you want to raise your frequency. You can only work well or help others if you're happy.
