If there is one thing you can control it's what you choose to eat every day. Oftentimes we make poor choices simply because we're not being mindful or because we have created a habit. 🌱Next time you reach for whatever food it is, think about two things: is this choice going to help me become a healthier person? Is this choice going to make me feel good afterwards? If the answer to both those questions is yes, than you know you're making a good choice. ☺ 🌱Being mindful of what you eat doesn't happen over night. It's all about taking baby steps. Remember: progress not perfection! 🌸
