Our roasted chicken dinner is now homemade bone broth. Super easy: put all of the leftover chicken-including juices in the container, into soup pot, add enough water to cover bones, toss in 2-3 carrots and stalks of celery. Add a splash of wine or apple cider vinegar.  Turn heat on low and let it come to a slow simmer bubble then cover it and turn it to a low setting, temping it to at least over 165 degrees.  Leave it alone for 12 hours then strain it into a container.  Enjoy it as a sipping broth plain or with coconut milk. ..
