  • harrihafAs a keen morning exerciser, evenings for me are all about unwinding and relaxing. For a good night's sleep I love a chamomile tea, followed by some short meditation. Nothing can beat some lavender spray on my pillows and lavender balm on my temples! And sleep... 😴 All of that unwinding helps towards a great night's sleep ahead of a 6am wake up call for some early morning HIIT! #SleepStrong
