- toscareno@carmenwat Try to focus on one thing that feels really good. Go to that feeling when you are slipping. Stay in the moment as long as you can. And resist the negatives that may pull you down. The idea is to stay up. Find some meditations that soothe you. I like the Abraham Hicks ones. 🙏🏻
