The most fun part of writing Vibrant India was applying traditional recipes to local produce here in Brooklyn and then eating of course! This is a taco I made using my shishito peppers bhajji or pakora recipe and @brooklyndelhi roasted garlic achaar. Bhajjis are vegetables that are battered in a chickpea flour and then deep-fried. This was my riff off of the traditional banana pepper bhajji. Thanks Brooklyn Based for having me take over the feed the last couple of days, hope you all enjoyed! -@chitra of @brooklyndelhi
