I'm sharing my new favorite mignonette on the blog today inspired by oyster happy hour at Klaw - @dublinklaw - in Ireland. I love it on oysters but I think it would be great on fish tacos or even adding diced mango and serving it as a salsa. Recipe: 1/3 cup rice vinegar * 1 tablespoon lime juice * 1 teaspoon honey * 1-2 teaspoons diced red onion * 1 serrano seeded and diced * 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives * 1-2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro * YUM!
