nourish360Are you being intentional about how you spend your time and support your personal self-care? Many of us can get caught up in "treating" ourselves with habits that, when we execute them too often, do not support our personal happiness, well-being, or growth. We tell ourselves a rich dessert or a glass of wine is a reward for a bad day. And while I am not against sugar or alcohol (by all means you should enjoy what you want to enjoy), what if we looked to options that were simple, easy, and made us feel great before, during, AND after. If we pushed ourselves a bit more to search for ways of caring for ourselves that we know truly honored our bodies. Take ten during the day for tea and your favorite magazine, treat yourself to a foot massage, call a great friend who you haven't connected with in awhile. Lie in the sun. Dig in the dirt and plant some flowers. Listen to an inspiring podcast. Make a list of elevated self care activities that help you rest and feel rejuvenated + happy. And share with us... sometimes all we need is a reminder and some inspiring ideas. ✨
