  • harleypasternak@thewildflower1909 there is no such thing as spot reduction. You lose body fat primarily by taking more steps throughout the day, and eating better. The working out part is just to help strengthen, tone, and tighten the muscles underneath the fact. The key is to ship the fat first.

  • noldogs@harleypasternak I had a baby 7 weeks ago and just attempted your Body Reset Diet. I had to stop because I found myself getting dizzy & light headed because I was so hungry. I think it is because breastfeeding always makes me feel starving. Any tips? Should I add in another snack or two or just stick to it? Thanks for your help!!!!

  • harleypasternak@noldogs for sure. Make sure you make the larger portion smoothies. You'll see in the book on the left page I have smaller sizes recipes, and on the right page I have the larger recipes. Make sure you're using the larger recipes. Basically one third more ingredient per recipe. And make sure you add a third snack in the day. You should be all set now.
