I was asked this question about our LBDS Masterminds. Because I think this applies to many, I am sharing my answer. ❓Q: "This time of year is going to be the absolute craziest part of my season this year... like to where I'm concerned I won't be getting out of it what I'd like... instead of thinking about growing and developing my business, my questions are going to be "How do I survive this day?" and I'm going to want to work while I"m listening. Would it be wiser to wait til when it is more manageable or do you feel when it's craziest is when you need support more?" ⭐️A: Thank you for your questions! You just addressed one of the biggest challenges that small businesses face: surviving the busy season. In my experience, I found we need to always be planning ahead and making strategic moves in every season of our business. Too many times we are caught up in “surviving” a busy season and then enjoying the “fruits of the labor” instead of continuously planning ahead so we can THRIVE. By working to just survive instead of planning to thrive, it sets us up for or a slow period in our business because we stopped planting seeds.
The masterminds will require you to be disciplined and intentional with your time. That is because we want you to build a long-term sustainable business. Working on your business is similar to going to the gym. You don’t do it just when you gain a couple of pounds. You do it regularly as part of your lifestyle to maintain and prevent weight gain and other side effects. The same applies to business, you have to make working on your business a priority and part of your regular routine instead of a reactionary task or project.

I am not able to make the choice for you as I want you to do what is best for you. However, I am confident in the weekly accountability, supportive environment, and tough love conversations our leadership team provides to help you grow your business both in the busy and slow seasons. 📲 Click profile link to learn more.
