I'm talking about GYMtimidation on the blog today (link in bio), and my top tips for dealing with it so that you can learn to love the gym – hard to believe but it is possible! (Although it wasn't possible today, because my workout was absolutely shocking. But some days are just like that aren't they? However, for the record, I am now running for three minutes at a time, with one minute walking – for 20 minutes, so it wasn't a total loss.)
