This 'pump' is after an amazing upper body workout and a burnout on battle ropes. πŸ’ͺ🏽 Tonights workout included overhead press, clean and press, incline push ups (I superset between my clean and press... ohhh myyy gawdddd 😫) dumbbell chest press, dumbbell flys, plate raises, and 8 x 20 seconds on battle ropes with 20 seconds of rest in between. Followed by 8 minutes of treadmill sprints. πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ’¨ Dead.
