My favourite daily smoothie recipe:  Soak 1 tbsp chia seeds and  1 tbsp flax seeds in about a half cup of water and leave at least two hours. I then blend with a banana, yoghurt, a tbsp of my own bees honey, 2 tbsp of omega oil ( I like Udos blend 3+6+9) and some frozen berries - all mine are from our summer garden - lucky us we have raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and local wild huckleberries.
