I'm in Santa Barbara for the next couple of weeks. 
This morning, before tying our skirts up and wandering into the Pacific, we found a little flea market, with a fresh food market attached. 
Alongside limes, coriander, avocados, mangoes, strawberries, and onions, I picked up a bag of tomatillos - I've never had them fresh before. What should I turn them into?
