Today there is really a good reason to be proud, and to share with you some of the activities what we do in Smag for Livet. Three scientific articles available online in the same highly-respected journal Appetite in just 13 days. This is a very rare event. I have never been part of such a productive group of people - much respect owed to the good lead-authorship of Annemarie Olsen. All papers are results of research in Smag for Livet, supported by Nordeafonden. Not all of them are open access, though. Congratulations to all co-authors Annemarie Olsen, Patricia DeCosta, Marie Damsbo-Svendsen and Per Møller. You rock - all of you!
