FINALLY. I have sampled my first batch of kombucha, and it is delicious!  It's so simple, black tea, sugar, and white distilled vinegar as the starter, with a SCOBY from @muckbuddy and @universalnomad. I started Round II with half black and half lemon ginger tea. And I have more SCOBY than I know what to do with!
