#misozuke Last night we pulled the daikon radish slices from the #misopickling bed (#msodoko) they were in. (See previous post for the before image.) They are salty and crisp and delightfully full of #umami...one goes a long way! The miso  doko can be used multiple times. Today I put in some small Persian cucumbers. 🥒
