skatefreshashaHip-Hab continues with strengthening and lengthening all the muscles around my hips (and there's a lot of them)! But I've made the decision now that I will NOT be having surgery this winter. So staying strong and supple is my continued priority. This injury is helping me to understand my body and restructure my life. For that I am grateful
- rockchick_666@skatefreshasha my left hip is shot so can't skate much if at all anymore. Need an op as joint too shot for micro surgery. But have taken up ballet again with @sleektechnique. Has really helped to get flexibility back. My NHS consultant would faint if he saw what I get up to 😇 stay strong and #flexible
- winzoraHang in there Asha. I was able to maintain my right hip for a lot longer than expected. I nearly rushed into surgery 5 years ago. However, just about to leave hospital after having it replaced in Monday. As soon as I came out of surgery, the feeling of optimism was quite overwhelming. I feel like I can face anything now👊🏼👊🏼Now my clinical pilates instructor has another project to work with😁😁😂to get this bionic women up and skating.

- harper_stoneGood for you love, you know your body & you know what feels right, just listen & let it take you where it needs to go. I truly believe that there are no right or wrong answers with injuries, it's about doing what feels right for you & being positive about life & the course of action you choose to take. Xx
