- athi.ioannidouI watched your live video about blue pasta and I'm now trying to find online the wooden board you have to make the rigatoni and I can't find anything! Does it have a specific name to google?
- firstname.lastname@example.org the best thing to use is a silicon sushi mat, actually, as you can then make bigger tubed pasta as well, like cannelloni or more rigatoni at a time (make 1 longer tube and cut into 3 pieces). Plus you could also use it to roll sushi. If you really want the wooden one instead, search for a gnocchi board or cavatelli board, but I'm telling you, my life changed when I discovered the sushi mat instead;)
