I don't care what the package instructions say - they key to making perfectly fluffy + granule quinoa is 1 cup quinoa to 1.5 cups water. Bring the water to a simmer, and grain, and let cook for 13-15 minutes. I like to leave covered for a few minutes before fluffing with a wooden spoon. ••
Also - try to use your smallest burner as the bigger burners tend to cook too fast. ••
