Lunch meal prep complete.  Its ironic that I'm actually eating more food than I used to for lunch.  The difference being the daily veggie intake.  Before starting this journey, lunch would roll around and I would eat off my kids trays or mindlessly grab junk that was quick and easy.  A year ago I decided to make a change and find a better way. It's all about finding balance and giving your body nutritious food, right? I needed a plan I could follow that was easy and effective. I'm finally in a groove and it feels good! 😊
