One month down of my newest phase of low-carb, high-protein, high-fat dieting and consistent exercise+weights.
This is not a before and after, it's more of a before and now, since I have no intentions of stopping here. Now that Ive reached my initial fat loss goal, I'm ready for the muscle gains 💪🏼. I'm proud that even though I slipped and had one really intense binge day, I didn't let it stop all of my progress like I have in the past. I ignored the scale for a few days while I got back on track, and continued on the journey. When you mess up, keep moving. It will be okay.
