▽ y u m ▽ Who says you can't have dessert for breakfast? // this guilt-free almond-date shake has become a daily treat for us! It's got protein and healthy fats to hold you over and keep you energized all morning. Plus it's super easy to make 👌🏻
For 2 servings you'll need:
* 4 frozen bananas 🍌
* 8 pitted dates
* 1/2 cup all natural creamy almond butter
* 2 tsp vanilla
* 2 cups almond milk
* 7-8 ice cubes
Simply toss everything but the ice into the blender & blend well, then add the ice until you have a shake-like texture. Voila! Enjoy :)
++ bonus: try adding chia seeds for extra fiber and Omega-3!
