Paleo "cereal" with banana all da way 🙌🏻 So I stopped doing whole 30 for a bit...maybe I'll try again another time. My body just went nuts and some really weird things happened (which I don't think is typical of whole 30 so don't be afwaid😜). But I just made the decision to give myself some wide margins and not be too stickler to the rules. I'm still trying to follow it as best I can (for sure no dairy, naturally occurring sugar, but I'm listening to my body and giving it what it needs if something comes up.) Just wanted to share...it's important to not only listen to what our bodies nutritionally need, but make sure to listen to the parts of us that have emotional needs and listen to and care for those parts as well.
