If you haven't gotten your baselines for your 1 mile run, your max plank (no more than 5 minutes), max walk chair, max push-ups with stopping and max v-ups without stopping. The purpose of this is to see where you are today (you're not trying to overdo it) so that you can try again in a few days and then again and again until you see progress.
