People have this assumption that if you're skinny, you're healthy. While that may be true for some, I can tell you that my lifestyle did not scream healthy living. Last year, I barely worked out, my sugar intake was through the roof, and I just felt lazy and sluggish. 
When the new year rolled around, I told myself I was going to be different. I started working out 5 days a week and changed my eating habits. 
The journey has been tough, but it has been so worth it. Little changes = big results. •
