How is it already almost March?! I can't believe it but you know what time it is when a new month rolls around. A new month means it's time for a new challenge! This one is all about wall sits. As with all of our challenges, these are just for fun and should be done along with your current workout plan (which is hopefully one of ours!). I like to add in wall sits in between sets of other exercises but you could also do yours in the morning, evening, or when you just need a break from your desk!
