Exercise because it's fun and keeps you healthy and happy. 🤸🏽♀️ Exercise because it feels good and you like it. Don't exercise to burn off the extra piece of pizza you indulged in. Find something you love, something that keeps you active and moving, and make it a priority. Reshape your thoughts. My mentality is 'Hey, I ate a donut.
