Go as fast as you can during the drills and take full advantage of the rest periods. That way, you'll get your heart rate pumping and enhance the coordination challenge. The short work periods will keep your feet fresh, your mind focused, and your movements quick while steadily increasing your heart rate from set to set. Do each of the 3 drills demonstrated in the video above in order for 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off. That's 1 minute. Then rest 1 minute. Repeat that for 5 rounds. - mrbadminton@menshealthmag , what age do you have?? Aren't these drills not heavy for your foot, achilles and calves if you stay on your forefoot with those explosive taps?? I ask this because I want to keep in shape with jumproping and these footwork drills for explosiveness, but I'm almost 40 and then it becomes injury risk maybe??
