Trying to feed our kids whole foods can be a challenge...here are my top tips.
*Remove processed food from the house so you won't be tempted to use it. *Stock up on plenty of in season fruit and veggies and fill your little ones lunches with their favourite plant foods
*Always make enough dinner so there is left overs, cold meat is delicious and a perfect protein hit (boiled eggs are also great)
*Change your wheat bread to a sourdough, paleo or good quality gluten free bread (I love the @purebreadnz and @Dovedalebread ranges)
*Fill them up on a big breakfast such as eggs and veggies, millet or buckwheat porridge with fruit or a chia pudding with coconut yogurt nuts and seeds
