Balls to the wall,  scored 174 on 17.4 what a coinky dink 😄 Finished 55 155# deadlifts, 55 wall balls, 55 cal row and 9 into my handstand pushups before buzzer rang. Honestly, I'm not a heavy deadlifter ... so the sound of that many skeeerd me, but @bvmcrossfit @runrx coached me thru 😘 .
