recservMeet Joel, our Personal Trainer of the week! Joel has his BA in Health and Human Physiology with an Exercise Science track. He specializes in sport-specific training, weight loss, and HIIT training. Joel loves watching and playing all sports and likes to fish and read in his spare time.
