Kale isn't really a staple ingredient in Malaysian meals as it easily costs 3-5x more than local vegetables. Had it once few years ago, and now found that I still dig how it tastes. So these are boiled kale, chickpeas with cumin, chicken fillets with garlic/salt/pepper and cherry tomatoes. Lemon is to the to be chucked into hot water as a drink. || Cost per meal: MYR 6

Breakdown:
- Chicken fillet: 11.40
- Curly kale: 6.55
- Cherry tomatoes: 4.20
- Canned chickpeas: 3.00
- Lemon: 1.70
