Day 19 of #stretchrevolution is the #wheelpose! 🎡 back when I was just starting out with yoga/Pilates this move was so difficult to hold! But thanks to POP/PIIT and yoga practice, I feel like I can hold this up so much longer and really enjoy the stretch 😊 just keep practicing, because as Cassey says, we're all on our own fitness/flexibility journies! 💙
