One of my go-to lunches is a big salad with tuna. My favorite way to make tuna is:
1 envelope of tuna 
2 Tbsp hummus 
1/2 avocado 
Parsley and basil 🌿 
Chopped almonds 
Squeeze half a lemon 
Lots of pepper 
It's healthy and tastes great! 👌🏻
