Creamy No-Tomato Pasta Sauce...Who doesn’t love a comforting bowl of pasta? A meal even the kids will love!

1 cup Carrot-Sweet Potato Base Blend
1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth or chicken broth
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
 Pinch of ground nutmeg
2 to 3 tablespoons low-fat milk or light
 coconut milk
 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Whisk the blend, broth, oil, nutmeg, and milk together in a medium pot over medium heat for 5 minutes, until warmed through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
