In our newest release, One-Pan Wonders, we set out to streamline our favorite dishes to be made in a single vessel. To make flavorful roasted chicken with root vegetables in a sheet pan we arrange the chicken on top of the Brussel sprouts in the middle of the pan for insulation, and add a simple thyme-rosemary butter to give the chicken a rich, savory boost.
