Only program I've ever been able to stick to in my entire life! Fell off the wagon over the last couple of years (teenage daughter=stress), but committed to getting back to where I was. I don't really need to lose weight as I train daily, but these smoothies are the best! Thank you. (Yep, I know you didn't "invent" the smoothie but if I hadn't have watched RB I'd never have considered it).
