After 7 years of NO #stretching  I've decided to try it after my #workout . Not for #flexibility , to fight muscle soreness neither to avoid injuries. Yes you read it well. Passive stretch doesn't do any of that (it does increase flexibility but at a price. An unhealthy price...). And isn't  me saying this. It's researched. So I've decided to do some passive #stretch to experience how it affects our sympathetic nervous system (specially my stress levels).
