You know what they say: it's 80% diet and 20% exercise 🏋🏼♀️If I am any indication, I've done ab exercises maybe 3 times since having Kohen (while waiting impatiently for the diastasis recti gap to close) 🙄 and have instead honed in on my diet... a lot.
Currently at 1750 cal/140g p/175g c/50g f per day. Slowly building up protein levels to what they were pre-pregnancy. Macros very greatly depending on your level of activity, body type, and goals. These are just an example. Play around with the numbers to make them work for you because everyone is completely different ✌🏼Happy Half-Way Through February!
