ljadeparkerNew week, new goals! 👊 Another mealprep done with 4 daily meals planned + snacks! ➡ Meal 1 - Breakfast prepped each morning (Had an egg white omelette, cereal & coffee today)🔸Snack 1 - Clean lemon poppyseed muffins from @live.learn.love.eat🔸Meal 2 - Paleo Almond Chicken Fingers with zucchini noodles, bell peppers & homemade pasta sauce🔸Snack 2 - Death by Chocolate blender brownies from @deliciousobsessions🔸Meal 3 - Turkey Zucchini Poppers adapted from @onelovelylife1 with short grain brown rice & green beans🔸Meal 4 - Mixed veggie salads with chicken finger bites and ranch dressing🔸Leg day done & off to refuel with some of this FOOD! 🎉
