Did you know that cilantro and parsley are great detoxifiers? Add them to your smoothies to help combat the pollutants we get from the air and our water as well as contaminants we get through our foods and dishes.
I don't love my twice daily green smoothies but I tolerate them because my body is the Lord's temple. I need my temple in good working order so I can have the energy and ability as well as less distractions to do what Jesus wants me to do. 💚💚 Our bodies are gifts and it's important we honor the One who created these bodies by taking care of them.
