witwitwooI know I'm wearing black again, sorry. I'm trying not to clash with my lovely pink carpet! And I do normally wear a lot of colour, but I decided at the last minute to go to the gym today instead of doing what I've done in the past on Sundays ... nothing. I'm trying to change/break habits and instead of having the whole weekend 'off' healthy eating and exercising, I'm just giving myself one day, Saturday. It's a mindset thing. It's about being generally more active throughout the week, and less slob-like! Plus the gym is dead on a Sunday so it's a win/win. I got one of the personal trainers to measure my body fat this week ... Christ, that was not what I was expecting. Read all about it over on the blog (link in bio.) Suffice to say, my body composition is that of a pork scratching. •

- sophie_muncasterIt's so frustrating when you train hard and maintain or even as is the case for me this week, put on!!! I've decided to only weigh 1x month now, I was getting to obsessed with the scales and that's equally not healthy....especially as I could see changes in body shape!!! My PT was the best thing ever, I was lucky enough to get 10 sessions as a Xmas pressie from my parents, only got 1 left and feeling bereft that I'll have to cut back sessions.....it's a really good way to mix it up, and if you can afford it, I'd say go for it!!!
